How can I pay for my order?
All transactions are in pounds sterling. We accept: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB and Solo, and we only charge your card when your items are ready for dispatch.

How are your garments sized?
We pride ourselves on our fit and quality, please click on the following links to see our size charts and measurement guide.
Can I get a fabric swatch?
If you would like to recieve a complimentary fabric swatch, please email or telephone customer care with the name of the garment and your home address, and we will arrange for this to be sent to you by first class post.
What guarantees do you offer?
We hope that you will be delighted with your new purchases but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you can return your order at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.
We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition and with all tags attached.
How is my order packaged?
Every order comes hand wrapped in tissue, inside a C’est Noir carton.
If you would like to send as a gift, we can arrange for a handwritten gift card to be placed in the carton, with our compliments.
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times are 7-14 days but we aim to send your order either the same or following day depending upon the time of day the order is processed.
However, there are occasions when we may be out of stock, but we will keep you advised of the delivery situation at all times. Please note that no payment is taken until your order is ready for dispatch.
Are there delivery charges?
All orders over £75 are despatched free of charge and will be sent either by courier or Royal Mail special delivery.
Orders under £75 incur the standard delivery charge of £4.50 which aims to be with you within 4 working days.
Do you deliver Overseas/Internationally?
We are delighted to fulfill orders overseas, where local import duties may be payable on receipt.
