
We hope that you will be happy with your new purchases but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you can return your order at any time within 30 days of receipt, and a pre-paid returns sticker is provided with every order.
Please indicate on the returns form if you would prefer an exchange or refund, along with the reason for return.
C'est Noir will pay delivery on your first exchange, subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.
We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition and with all tags attached.
Should you request a refund, this will be made by original payment method. Full details are included with your order.
Please obtain a certificate of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
For returned goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount /offer threshold.
For returns and exchanges, these must be requested within 7 days of receiving delivery.
Should you request a refund, this will be made by original payment method.
To facilitate please either call customer services on 08456 52 42 11 or email customercare@cestnoir.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization number.
We request that any item for which you have received a Return Authorisation Number, is made readily available for collection by one of our nominated couriers/carriers within 7 days of receipt of the Return Authorisation Number.
The method of collection will be advised at the time of obtaining the RA number.
Returns received outside outside of these time limits or without a Return Authorisation Number are accepted at the discretion of C’est Noir Limited and can only be refunded with a C’est Noir Voucher.
C’est Noir Limited will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used/worn and had the tags removed.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without tags, then the customer should advise us (by telephone or email) on the day of receipt if they wish to return.
Please note that Duties and Sales Tax are not refunded for shipments outside of the European Community.
